For troubleshooting and repair work, we charge a $50 diagnostic fee to assess the issue. If you choose to move forward with the service, the diagnostic fee is credited toward your total cost. For standard services like device setup, we provide upfront flat-rate pricing with no diagnostic fee.
We offer two simple rates: Remote Support at $79/hour (1-hour minimum) and On-Site Support at $119/hour (1.5-hour minimum). A $50 diagnostic fee applies for troubleshooting work and is credited toward your service. We also offer flat-rate pricing for many common services so you know the cost upfront.
