The build fee and estimated component cost are due before we order parts. This ensures we can source everything without delays.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Our assembly and labor are covered for a full year. If something we built or configured fails, we fix it at no charge.
Manufacturer Component Warranties
All components carry their own manufacturer warranties (typically 2-5 years). We assist with RMA coordination if anything needs to be replaced.
90-Day Priority Support
Every build includes 90 days of direct access to your builder for questions, tweaks, and troubleshooting. After that, standard rates or a subscription plan apply.
