Common questions about our pricing and payment.
We offer two simple rates: Remote Support at $79/hour (1-hour minimum) and On-Site Support at $119/hour (1.5-hour minimum). Common services like device setup ($179) and virus removal ($199) have flat rates so you know exactly what to expect. Other services are billed at our standard hourly rates.
There's no trip charge within our core service area (Philadelphia and nearby suburbs). For in-person visits to our extended service area, a small travel surcharge may apply. Remote support is always available at standard rates regardless of your location.
We'll always communicate with you if a job is taking longer than estimated. We won't proceed with additional charges without your approval.
Yes! Seniors (65+) receive 15% off all services. Military veterans and active-duty service members receive 10% off. First-time customers get $20 off their first service. We also have a referral discount: refer a qualifying customer and receive 20% off your next service.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of service.
